Privacy Policy
At Xenvorant S.A.S. (hereinafter "Xenvorant", "we") we take the privacy of those who visit our website xenvorant.com and use our real estate crowdlending platform very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we collect, for which purposes we process it, how long we keep it and what your rights are, in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data and the applicable provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

2. Personal data we collect
We collect the following data: (a) contact details: first name, last name, email, phone; (b) identification details: type and number of document, CUIT/CUIL, date of birth; (c) financial data: bank account (CBU), bank, sworn statement on source of funds; (d) usage data: IP address, device identifier, pages visited, browsing time; (e) data voluntarily submitted through the newsletter subscription form.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data to: (i) manage your account and allow you to invest in projects available on the platform; (ii) comply with regulatory obligations of the CNV, the UIF and the AFIP; (iii) prevent fraud and money laundering; (iv) send you commercial communications and newsletters when you have given express consent; (v) improve the user experience of the site through web analytics.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on: the execution of the investment contract, compliance with legal obligations, the legitimate interest in preventing fraud and, in the case of direct marketing, your express consent, which you can revoke at any time.
5. Data retention
We keep your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, afterwards, for the legal limitation periods (minimum 10 years for financial operations, in accordance with AFIP and UIF regulations).
6. Recipients and international transfers
Your data may be shared with technology providers (hosting, analytics, customer support) located in Argentina, the European Union or the United States, all bound by data processing agreements. We only share information with authorities when there is a court order or a valid regulatory request.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update, delete and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise them by sending an email to legal@xenvorant.com with a copy of your identity document. The AAIP is the control authority in Argentina (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, 2nd floor, City of Buenos Aires).
8. Information security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), role-based access control, continuous auditing and biannual penetration tests carried out by an independent provider.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will notify you by email of any substantial modification at least 30 days before it comes into effect.
